We use the ‘Insights Discovery’ model to change the way you see yourself and others. It is a powerful aid to self-awareness and to developing an understanding of others to help you at work. Insights Discovery is a psychometric tool based on the psychology of Carl Jung. Insights Discovery is built to help people understand themselves, understand others, and make the most of the interpersonal relationships that affect them in the workplace through a simple four-colour model. The methodology is engaging, easy to understand and practical to apply.

How can we support you?

Firstly, we help you to start building an in-depth self-awareness of your own style and behaviours. If you truly understand yourself, you can make the best of your strengths and work on the challenges you have.

We then help you to understand those who you work with, in terms of their style, preferences, and how they think and operate. By knowing yourself and others, you will be able to learn about how to enhance communication and relationships to build better connections with each other, leading to higher performance.

We provide this support through one-to-one coaching or team training:

  • One-to-one coaching helps you to develop deep individual self-awareness based upon your Insights Discovery personal profile. We explore your personal style, how you interact with others, your decision making, key strengths and weaknesses, your communication style, possible blind spots, opposite types and suggestions for development. We help you identify the key areas where you can develop and take action, to enable you to have effective strategies for interaction.
  • Insights Discovery Training – We run an interactive training day for leaders and teams to explore personal styles and how to maximise communication and work relationships. Through facilitated discussions and activities, we use your personal profile to learn about your individual preferences and the impact you have on others. You will start to better understand yourself and each other, the team dynamics and how you can work differently to enhance performance.
